We promote the delicious nature of Plant Based Cuisine.  Some call it vegetarian or vegan but essentially it is simply consuming vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds in a delightful and delicious combination.  Many find that this is not only delicious but also a very cost effective way to feed yourself and your family.

We offer training and support with what we have prepared and consume on a regular basis.  We also offer tips and techniques on how best to prepare delicious plant based meals that are absolutely delicious.  If you are or have been a meat eater, you may find that you don't miss your meat, even a little bit.  The vast varieties of plant based foods, combines with a judicious addition of spices will delight your taste buds and promote a healthier body and immune system along the way!

Afternoon Tea Party ~ Plant Based Cuisine

Tea rooms are hidden gems located in old Victorian homes or perhaps a Bed and Breakfast or Premier Hotel. Tea rooms offer an escape from the busy world around us, a day of tranquility and opportunity to spend a peaceful afternoon with family and friends. In my book you will find our tea journey begins with the “Traditional English Afternoon Tea” originated by Anna, 7th Duchess of Bedford, where afternoon tea consisted of a savory dish, baked entrées, such as scones served with clotted cream, lemon curd and fruit preserves. It is a British culinary tradition of socialites sitting down for a mid-day meal of tea and treats and also involved things like manners, lace, fancy attire and dainty foods.   Tea favorites were black teas like Earl Gray, and Assam, as well as herbal teas like Chamomile and Mint.

Very few entrées if any are completely plant-based without the addition of these ingredients. Perhaps in time menus will offer more options, but until that time I want to share my plant-based recipes for those who would like to enjoy their own afternoon tea at home. I hope you relish all the delectable recipes in this book not just for afternoon tea, but for any special occasion you may be entertaining.

Our food supply is contaminated by GMO (genetically modified organism) that are PATENTED by huge food production conglomerates.  These patented plants often will 'cross-contaminate nearby fields; thus naturally cross-breeding the crops.  This is Natures way; but the result is control by the corporate conglomerate by this invasion to neighboring fields.  The USA Supreme court has unfortunately upheld many decisions legalizing GMO product patents.

The end result of much of this is that we have a plentiful food supply that may not be all that good for us!  Naturally and organically grown raw whole foods are becoming more plentiful.  This is due to the awakening of the American Consumer and the realization that some of our food supply may in fact be harmful.

Fast foods, sugary drinks, artificial sweeteners and frankly, a lazy lifestyle, has caused the average American to be less healthy than some third world citizens.  Yes, we have easy access to a huge variety of foodstuffs, but are they nutritionally good for us?  In our opinion, not so much!

America and the World are in a crisis.  Inflation is everywhere, despite the lies being promulgated by the corrupt politicians and their partners in the Media and Major Corporations.  Money is tight everywhere and we understand that.  But at the same time, it cost us a lot of time/effort to maintain our over 30 web sites, social media posts, recipes from Chef Nancy and free cancer counseling & support efforts. Our book sales, which are very few, supplements our income.

We live paycheck to paycheck as many people do today. For the past 15 years we have given away our books, written articles for magazines at their request for our knowledge & recipes, along with consultations, seminars, health fairs and more for free and no one wants to purchase or even donate 5 or 10 dollars to continue our work. We just can't do that anymore.

We put an enormous amount of work hours into research, writing and posting recipes on FB our MeWe group and many other social media site pages. We have made the decision when Chef Nancy posts a picture of her daily recipes with no instructions, we will be happy to send you the recipe by email at a cost of $1.50 which you can pay through our PayPal account.  You may use this QR Code to access our donation page.



Chef Nancy will also be writing booklets such as the ones I already have in print on Blueberry, Onion and Squash recipes, which will cover recipes for a particular crop and we will be selling in the range of $5.00 - $7.00 a booklet. It would contain approximately 6-8 recipes using that vegetable, greens, fruit, berry, beans, tofu etc. I will notify everyone when these booklets will become available. We hope you understand.
